THE REVIVAL

TOTP GATE.IO

Set in the heart of Penn, Rayners boasts a wonderful history. Originally it was a country house, built by Sir Phillip Rose in 1847. After more than two generations in the family it changed ownership and became a school for deaf children. Unoccupied since 2015, the buildings have fallen into disrepair, the history faded from memory…until now.

“At first people refuse to believe that a strange thing can be done, then they begin to hope it can be done, then they see it can be done and all the world wonders why it was not done centuries ago.”
